Golden Cup Coffee is committed to quality and service. Golden Cup Coffee ships via United States Postal Office. Please note that at this time we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States. 


Golden Cup will endeavor to ship your order in the manner you select and within the time periods you requested. If Golden Cup Coffee is unable to ship the products within 10 days of receiving your rder or in the manner that you requested, Golden Cup Coffee will inform you and you will be permitted to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products. Golden Cup Coffee will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.


If we have not filled your order properly or if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply Golden Cup Coffee’s Customer Service by phone, mail, fax or email. We will gladly correct any errors that we may have committed. 


You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of your receipt of the product(s). Products shipped must be returned in a secure package to ensure that the product is not damaged.
